Job Responsibilities:
1. Sort out the company's job system, compile and update job descriptions;
2. Develop and implement a recruitment plan based on the company's staffing situation;
3. Recruitment channel management, evaluation, maintenance and development;
4. Implementation of the recruitment process (information release, resume screening, personnel interview, background investigation, employment notice, follow-up);
5. Establish a corporate talent pool, track and collect talent trends in the same industry, and draw industry talent maps;
